Employment support

We provide support to those who have found themselves furloughed, at risk of redundancy or unemployed as a result of the coronavirus (COVID19) pandemic.

Volunteering

Volunteering is one of the most rewarding things you can do. People choose to volunteer for a variety of reasons. For some, it offers the chance to give something back to the community or make a difference to the people around them. For others it provides an opportunity to develop confidence, new skills or build on existing experience and knowledge. Regardless of your motivation, volunteering is both challenging and rewarding.

Universal Credit

Universal Credit is a payment to help with your living costs.

Council Tax Support

Council Tax Support can help towards the cost of your Council Tax charge if you are on a low income or in receipt of other benefits. You can claim if you are working and your earnings are low.

Information for people in need of further support

If you are vulnerable or in crisis do not suffer in silence, there is lots of help and support available.

Accommodation and Homelessness

We have a legal duty to complete an assessment for anyone who is homeless or at risk of being homeless within 56 days.
