Mind and Movement Retreat Day
Kick start the new year with our retreat at Shaw Hill. A day of mind and movement sessions to leave you feeling fresh and ready for 2018!
A day of sessions led by experienced health and wellbeing professionals. The classes will include Pilates, Nordic Walking, Stretch & Release, Mindfulness and Meditation.
You will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the Shaw Hill chefs, followed by a relaxing time in the spa area in your fluffy robes and slippers.
