Chorley Council does not operate public transport of any kind.
Buses
The authority manages the new bus interchange at the heart of the Town Centre.

Trains

Passes
We issue senior citizen rail passes annually from April 1 saving you a third on certain train journeys.
To apply you must be aged 60 or over and live in the borough.
Simply come to our One Stop Shop, Union Street, Chorley, and bring:
- proof of your age and address
- a cheque or postal order for £20
If you reach 60 during the year you can apply up to one month before your birthday.
