The Chorley Vision

LSP vision

"By 2025, Chorley will be leading the way on safe, clean and sustainable neighbourhoods where everyone has equal opportunity to access public services, good jobs and decent homes.  Our contemporary market town of Chorley and the surrounding villages will continue to strive to be the place other towns aspire to."

What is the Chorley Partnership?

The Chorley Partnership is the Local Strategic Partnership, or LSP for short, for Chorley.  There are over 100 groups and organisations involved in some way with the Partnership.  This is to make sure as many different Chorley voices as possible are part of the process.

The Chorley Partnership brings together many different groups and individuals to try to improve life for the people of Chorley.

It is responsible for developing and implementing the Sustainable Community Strategy for Chorley 2007-2025.

The Chorley Partnership became the Borough's Local Strategic Partnership in October 2002. In 2006 the Partnership was remodelled, including new members and a new structure to prepare it for future joint working.
