LDF Community Survey
Chorley, South Ribble and Preston Councils are currently carrying out a Local Development Framework Community Survey. You can download the consultee 
letter for more information.

You can view the document which sets out how your neighbourhood fits into development plans for the borough here. It also shows if there are any major developments planned near you.
Sustainable Resources
Promoting sustainable development through actions such as reducing carbon emissions is important. The Council has adopted a Sustainable Resources Development Plan and Sustainable Resources Supplementary Planning document. These can be viewed here.

We aim to deal with 76 per cent of all applications and 85 per cent of applications for house extensions within 8 weeks.
