About the area

Tatton Recreation Ground has been fully refurbished over 2022/23 and is nearing completion.  The new facilities to the recreation ground and surrounding area include:

• Tatton Gardens assisted living residential apartments for the over 55s
• a new community centre 
• a new GP surgery and pharmacy 
• a new cafe "Whimsy Coffee Shop" with indoor and outdoor seating areas
• a new children's nursery "Tatton Nursery"
• new bowls hut and fenced summer bowling green with flood lighting,  running from mid May to Mid September. To book the bowling green please contact tattonbowlinghut@chorley.gov.uk
• refurbished recreation ground including new play equipment for ages 2-12+ and multi-use games area and grassed kick around area
• landscaped gardens, paths and lighting
