Book the Lancastrian

To discuss your event, check availability or arrange a viewing of the venue please email lancastrian@chorley.gov.uk or call 01257 515113.

Please note, we require a minimum of 4 weeks' notice for bookings.

To enable us to provide a price, please provide details of your event including:

• type of event
• weekday or weekend event
• preferred date (if known)
• access time for setting up
• event start time
• event finish time
• time the room will be vacated after packing down
• approximate number of people attending.

Once you have received a price and would like to go ahead with your booking, please complete the Lancastrian booking form (Word doc) [307KB] and return to us by email to lancastrian@chorley.gov.uk.
