Corporate Strategy
The Corporate Strategy is the overarching strategic plan that sets out our vision, priorities, and long-term outcomes over a 4 year period. This provides a clear statement of what we want to achieve and provides direction for subsequent plans in the planning process.
The current Corporate Strategy identifies four key priorities:
- housing where residents can live well,
- a green and sustainable borough,
- an enterprising economy with vibrant local centres in urban and rural areas,
- healthy, safe and engaged communities.
